Store Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.

• Inspect received materials for quantity and report any shortages or damages to the Purchase and Quality departments.

• Arrange and store materials systematically with proper identification and labeling.

• Issue raw materials, consumables, tools, and spare parts to production departments as per approved requisitions.

• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Tally/Excel and ensure timely entry of all transactions.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Purchase department for timely replenishment.

• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), Stock Transfer Notes, and other store-related documents.

• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch departments for smooth material movement.

• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss of materials.

• Maintain housekeeping and implement 5S standards in the store area.

• Assist during internal and external audits by providing stock records and supporting documents.

• Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and submit reports to management.

• Ensure compliance with company safety policies while handling and storing materials.

• Support physical inventory counting and annual stock audits.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing company's store department.

• Knowledge of inventory management, store documentation, and material handling.

• Basic knowledge of ERP/Tally, MS Excel, and inventory software.

• Good communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
