Job Description

Qualification: Diploma (Electronics/Electrical)

Experience: 1 to 2 years preferred. A fresher is also acceptable provided skills and competency.

Skills:

1) Basics of electrical engineering

2) Basics of electronics and various components on PCB

3) Working on the laser source or its knowledge will be preferable.

4) Working on fiber optic cable splicing will be preferable.

5) Electronic pcb repairing will be added advantage

6) Basics of the laser source concept will be preferable.

Job profile:

Primary Role

1) Laser source repair, which includes the following.

a) Identify the problem at service center or Online or onsite

b) Repair or replace the faulty part of laser source

c) Replace the fiber optic cable of laser source

d) Testing of laser source on test kit

e) Dispatch the repaired source

f) Conduct documentation of inward/outward/stock

2) Online support to customer for laser source issues

3) On-site support and travel to customer site whenever required

4) Coordination with the supplier for service-related issues.

5) Installation support for the laser source along with chiller connection in-house/on-site or online.

6) Use WeChat for communication and AnyDesk for online support.

Secondary Role: (These are roles related to the laser department for handheld laser welding equipment.)

1) Learn handheld laser welding machine assembly and welding trials.

2) Learn laser head repairing.

Language:

1) English, verbal/written, should be good enough to communicate with Southern Side customers and suppliers from China

2) Hindi must

3) Marathi language preferred
