Job Description

1. Installation & Commissioning

Install industrial cleaning and air-filtration equipment at customer sites.
Test machines after installation.
Ensure proper functioning before handover.
Provide basic operational training to customers.

2. Preventive Maintenance

Perform scheduled maintenance visits.
Inspect equipment regularly.
Replace worn-out parts and consumables.
Ensure machines operate efficiently.

3. Troubleshooting & Repair

Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults.
Repair defective equipment.
Replace damaged components.
Attend breakdown calls and minimize downtime.

4. Customer Support

Respond to customer service requests.
Resolve technical issues on-site.
Provide guidance on equipment usage.
Maintain good customer relationships.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare service reports after each visit.
Record maintenance and repair activities.
Update service records and logs.
Submit reports to supervisors.

6. Spare Parts Management

Identify required spare parts.
Maintain stock of frequently used components.
Coordinate with stores/procurement teams.
Track spare parts usage.

7. Safety Compliance

Follow company safety procedures.
Use appropriate PPE during service work.
Ensure safe operation of equipment.
Comply with customer site safety regulations.

8. Technical Support

Assist customers in operating equipment.
Explain maintenance requirements.
Support warranty and service-related issues.
Provide technical recommendations when needed.
