We are currently seeking a Senior IBM MQ Systems Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). We are seeking Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join the Middleware Engineering team within the Chief Technology Office (CTO), supporting the Enterprise IBM MQ platform. This role is critical in shaping the next-generation MQ infrastructure for the enterprise. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and building a standardized, scalable, and resilient MQ platform. You’ll bring a strategic engineering mindset and deep experience in managing complex enterprise infrastructure. In this role, you will collaborate with other infrastructure teams to architect the platform and empower operations teams by developing robust tooling and automation. In this role, you will: Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements Drive solutions to reduce recovery Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices Design complex system upgrades Resolve troublesome trends as they develop Develop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations, focusing on policies, procedures and work standards to ensure success Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 2+ years of scripting experience 2+ year of experience with IBM MQ Desired Qualifications: 4+ years building and managing enterprise infrastructure. 3+ years' experience working IBM MQ/MQ Appliance 3+ years of Python experience 2+ years of hands on Ansible experience 2+ years of Grafana experience Knowledge and understanding of Prometheus Knowledge and understanding of Linux About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
