Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Purchase Executive to manage procurement and purchasing activities within the electronics industry.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in supplier sourcing, vendor management, price negotiation, procurement planning, purchase order management, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

• Source, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors for electronic products, equipment, and related materials.

• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations based on pricing, quality, specifications, and delivery timelines.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely processing.

• Identify and develop new suppliers based on business requirements.

Vendor Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, pricing, service, and delivery timelines.

• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Monitor market trends, product availability, and pricing.

Inventory & Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding material and purchasing requirements.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of required materials.

• Ensure purchases meet required quality standards and internal procurement policies.

• Support effective procurement planning to avoid material shortages and delays.

Documentation & Coordination

• Maintain accurate records of quotations, Purchase Orders, vendor details, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.

• Track Purchase Orders and maintain regular follow-ups with vendors.

• Coordinate with the Finance team for invoice processing and payment follow-ups.

• Ensure all procurement documentation is properly maintained and updated.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of procurement and purchasing processes.

• Experience in vendor sourcing and vendor management.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement-related systems.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Electronics, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing.

• Experience in the Electronics industry will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in Electronics or related industries.

• Strong experience in purchase order management and vendor coordination.

• Good negotiation and supplier management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple procurement requirements and meet delivery timelines.
