About the Function: Supply Chain & Manufacturing is where our brands are made, moved and delivered to the world. With over half of our people working across more than 100 sites, this is a complex, large-scale operation that brings together production, logistics, engineering and supplier partnerships. It’s fast-paced and hands-on, with teams working together to ensure quality, efficiency and sustainability at every stage. From sourcing ingredients to getting products into customers’ hands, you’ll play a role in delivering the brands people know and love. About the team: This role supports the design and development of beverage liquids for innovation and renovation projects. The role focuses on assisting formulation, executing trials, and contributing to delivering liquids that meet consumer expectations and sensory standards. Key Responsibilities: Support development of beverage formulations in line with project briefs Prepare and evaluate lab samples within defined timelines Execute experiments and maintain accurate, well-organized records Participate in sensory evaluations and incorporate feedback into development Collaborate with senior developers, sensory teams, and Analytical team Assist in ingredient evaluation and trials, including new materials Ensure proper documentation for development and handover processes Share observations, learnings, and updates with the project team Qualifications Master’s in Food Technology / Food Science / Chemistry / Alcohol Technology or related discipline Experience 1–3 years of experience in product development (preferably beverages – alcoholic or non-alcoholic) Internship or academic project experience in related field is acceptable Technical Skills & Knowledge: Basic understanding of FSSAI regulations and labeling requirements Familiarity with common beverage ingredients (sweeteners, acidulants, flavors, preservatives, stabilizers) Awareness of beverage manufacturing processes such as blending, filtration, and filling Exposure to pasteurization and carbonation is an advantage Key Competencies: Strong learning mindset and curiosity Attention to detail and good documentation practices Effective communication and teamwork Ability to follow guidance and apply feedback Technical Leadership Expectations: Timely execution of experiments and sample preparation Clear and accurate documentation of trials Active contribution to product development projects Continuous improvement in technical and sensory understanding Flexible Working Options: Depending on market needs Diversity statement: Our purpose is to celebrate life, every day, everywhere.
