Job Description: What you'll do: Provide technical support for HPE Solutions for SAP HANA deployments across the world, with focus on AMS region. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to compute, storage, networking, virtualization and operating system. Drive timely resolution of support cases in alignment with SLAs. Document solutions, FAQs, and best practices to improve internal knowledge bases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure Customer Success. Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members. Must be comfortable working in AMS time zone on a regular basis and provide standby support on alternate weekends of each month. Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent. Advanced English communication skills. 6 to 10 years of experience supporting HPE compute / storage products. Advanced Linux skills is must. Strong troubleshooting in compute, storage, networking, and Linux. What you need to bring: Experience with PoCs, deployments, or customer facing technical roles. Proficiency in scripting/log analysis (PowerShell, Bash, Python preferred). SAP HANA database skills. Certification in SLES, RHEL or SAP HANA administration.
