The Role As a Senior Civil Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. Lead the engineering, design, and execution of civil and structural works for greenfield and brownfield projects in the Oil & Gas industry. Independently manage multiple engineering assignments from concept through detailed design and project execution. Perform and review structural analysis and design for industrial facilities, including steel and reinforced concrete structures. Design and review dynamic foundations for rotating and vibrating equipment in accordance with applicable industry codes and standards. Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 10–12 engineers and designers, ensuring technical quality and adherence to project schedules. Review engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Ensure compliance with relevant international codes, client specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards. Workhour estimation for proposals, preparing SOW documents etc. About You To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes: Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience in Civil & Structural Engineering. At least 5 years of experience in a Lead Engineer role is mandatory. Proven experience in Oil & Gas EPC/EPCM projects. Familiarity with international design codes such as AISC, ACI, IS, Eurocodes, or equivalent standards. Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, industrial foundations, and steel and concrete design. Proficiency in STAAD.Pro and MAT3D (or equivalent structural analysis software). Demonstrated experience in the design of dynamic foundations. Strong leadership, planning, and project coordination skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
