Job Summary Carryout the process and cleaning activities with compliance as per production planning Job Responsibilities Performs all work in compliance with Code of Conduct, Business Ethics, related policies with the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to our job activities; Works as a member of a team to achieve the goal; Operates in accordance with Code of Conduct, Business Ethics, all established regulatory compliance and safety requirements;Performs all work in support of our Values: Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance, and Passion. To carry out the work as per the instructions given by the immediate Reporting Officer. To follow good manufacturing practices and Good documentation practices. To execute the operations / Process as per the written procedures in BPCR. To perform the cleaning activities as per the GCR’s. To ensure and execute that the SAP transactions are done as per work instructions. To stage the Raw materials and packing material to the respective areas. To report and record the deviations observed during the activity. To follow the safety procedures during working. To maintain a good housekeeping of the plant and surroundings. To co-ordinate with Engineering with respect to Breakdowns, preventive maintenance and day to day activities. To carry out safe disposal of spent and solid waste as per EHS norms. To undergo training and active participation in the following areas. Unit operations. Good Manufacturing Practices. Safety Report abnormalities in the areas of GMP, Safety, Operations etc., to the immediate reporting officer / supervisor. All other relevant duties as assigned. Job Requirements Education Minimum Diploma in Chemical / Degree in science/Chemitry / Pharmacy / Chemical Engineering. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Self motivational skills allowing you to fuction independently. Communication style and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a APIPL environment. Excellent Teamwork and Experience.
