Basic knowledge about bill of material preparation, cost estimation to come up with competitive bid. Follow processes, maintain required quality standards and on time deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain project quality, on time delivery and manage escalations. How you will do it Proposal lead is accountable for quality of proposals & squad outcomes, achieving required KPI’s and delivering jobs per stakeholders’ requirements & standards. Should have strong domain knowledge of fire detection system. Should have global customer facing experience min 8-10 years. Accountable for kick off calls, Proposal technical leadership. Proposal guidance and breakdown of tasks, real time technical question resolution Real time decision making. Proposal reviewing in accordance with project requirements, logging QAQC and OCL as per the responsibility matrix. Requirements and qualifications BE/ME (Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics/Electronics and communication) 8-10 Years’ experience in fire detection system. Expertise in BS5839/EN/IS standard. Expertise in ATEX calculations, Aspiration detection system, Linear Heat sensing, Disabled alarm system, Evac Alert system. Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS office tools(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bluebeam) Proficient in written and verbal communication. Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills. Preferred 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Fire Detection System.
