Job Summary:

The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the quality assurance department. This role ensures that products and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. The Quality Supervisor leads a team of quality inspectors/technicians, implements quality improvement initiatives, and collaborates with other departments to resolve quality-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the quality control/assurance team.

Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, GMP, etc.).

Monitor and audit production processes to ensure product quality and safety.

Investigate product complaints and non-conformance issues; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Train, coach, and evaluate quality staff to maintain high-performance standards.

Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.
