### Job Description:
As a Quality Control (QC) Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the consistent quality and safety of food products in compliance with internal and external standards, including FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and GMP. You will lead and execute quality assurance procedures, analyze raw materials and finished goods, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in product quality.
### Key Responsibilities:
• Quality Inspection & Monitoring:
• Conduct daily inspection and analysis of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and maintain records as per HACCP and GMP guidelines.
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain QC records, batch production records, and lab test reports.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO 22000, BRC, or other food safety standards.
• Assist with internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.
• Lab Testing:
• Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis using lab equipment (e.g., pH meter, moisture analyzer).
• Interpret lab results and take necessary actions on deviations.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify quality issues and recommend improvements in production processes.
• Train floor staff on hygiene, sanitation, and SOPs for quality compliance.
• Coordination:
