Timing: 8 Hrs ( 3 Shift for Supervisor )

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform inline and in-process inspection of CNC-machined components.

• Verify dimensions as per engineering drawings and control plans.

• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, profile projectors, and gauges.

• Monitor first-off, last-off, and periodic inspection during production.

• Identify non-conformities and initiate immediate corrective and preventive actions.

• Coordinate with production and CNC operators to maintain process stability.

• Maintain inspection records, check sheets, and traceability documentation.

• Support final inspection and dispatch clearance.

• Assist during customer audits and internal quality reviews.

Key Skills :

• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 quality systems (preferred).

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility on the shop floor.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with SPC, PPM monitoring, and root cause analysis.

• Familiarity with automotive or export-quality requirements.

• Basic understanding of process capability and control charts.
