Quality Inspector

We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team at Polymech Components Pvt. Ltd.
The role involves inspecting products, monitoring processes, and ensuring that quality standards are maintained across the production floor. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.

• Operate and use measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) to verify product dimensions.

• Prepare and maintain quality documentation (inspection reports, checklists, logs).

• Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO/TS requirements, and customer specifications.

• Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes for quality issues.

• Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.

• Report non-conformities and recommend improvements to enhance quality control.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate with an engineering background in Production, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

• 0 to 3 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing (freshers may also apply).

• Strong knowledge of quality tools, standards, and inspection techniques.

• Good documentation and reporting skills.

• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
