Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Fresher Busbar Fitter to join our production team. This is an entry-level position designed for candidates who have recently completed their ITI or Diploma and want to build a career in control panel manufacturing. The role involves assisting senior busbar fitters in the cutting, bending, drilling, and assembling of busbars under proper guidance and supervision.

This position offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow into a skilled technician in the busbar section.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior fitters in marking, cutting, drilling, and bending busbars as per drawings.

• Learn to read and interpret GA diagrams, busbar layouts, and single line diagrams.

• Support in assembling busbar supports, sleeves, shrouds, and insulators inside the panel.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in safe and clean condition.

• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times.

• Record daily activities and coordinate with supervisors for tasks.

• Continuously learn about busbar materials, sizes, and electrical clearances.

Required Qualifications

• ITI (Fitter / Electrician / Wireman) or Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical)

• 0–1 year experience (Freshers welcome)

• Basic knowledge of measuring tools like tape, vernier caliper, angle scale

• Willingness to learn and work in a workshop environment

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 0 - 4 years of experience.
