Quality Inspector

    5. Daily Meeting on shop floor with operator on discussion about daily process

    Problems & NC

    6. Taking corrective action for non-confirmed material.

    7. Preparing monthly Rejection, Rework Report for final inspection.

    8. To attend complaints for manufacturing defect for Customer end.

    9. Visiting On-going sites for checking if the workers are following safety Norms.

    10. Do the ‘kaizen’ to improve the Production, Quality & to improve the material

    handling, operating, dispatch (Packing)

    11. Stock update to SCM & SMIL dispatch.

    12. Responsible for quality analysis of any premature failure observed at customer

    end.

    13. Responsible for handling the quality residential engineers.

    14. Responsible for attending QRE meeting at customer end. 15. Responsible for updating of last day’s issue.

    16. Responsible for communicating QA head about line progress.
