Manufacturing Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with 2D & 3D CAD software & SolidWorks. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing engineering solutions that meet our stringent quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•             Lead and supervise end-to-end execution of engineering/design-based projects.

•             Create and interpret technical drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks (2D & 3D).

•             Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project timelines and deliverables.

•             Visit project sites for supervision, monitoring, and implementation.

•             Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols during project execution.

•             Prepare progress reports and documentation.

•             Should be ready to work on sites for projects implementations and completion
