Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management:
Oversee the receiving, storing, and issuing of materials, ensuring accurate inventory records, and timely restocking.
Operations Management:
Manage all day-to-day store operations, ensuring an efficient and organized store environment.
Staff Supervision:
Train, schedule, and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to achieve store goals.
Team Coordination:
Liaise with internal departments, such as procurement, logistics, production, and accounts, to ensure smooth workflow and timely material movement.
Vendor Management:
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate terms, manage records, and ensure timely payments.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other store performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards, maintaining a clean and organized store area.
