Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to check dimensions and tolerances.
Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and report them for corrective action.
Maintain quality inspection records and generate reports.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure adherence to industry standards, customer requirements, and company quality policies.
Assist in implementing and improving quality control procedures.
Conduct final inspections before dispatch to ensure product reliability and compliance.

Key Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in quality inspection in the mechanical/manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and ISO standards.
Proficiency in using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
