Monitor and control quality during the production process.
Conduct in-process inspection as per drawings, specifications, control plans, and quality standards.
Verify critical dimensions using appropriate measuring instruments.
Ensure first-piece, patrol, and in-process inspections are carried out properly.
Identify and report defects, deviations, rejection, and rework.
Coordinate with Production and CNC teams for immediate corrective action.
Maintain inspection reports, rejection records, and other quality documentation.
Ensure measuring instruments are properly handled and calibrated.
Support root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to defined quality standards.
Support implementation of quality procedures, work instructions, and control plans.
Conduct regular process audits and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Maintain proper traceability of inspected components.
Ensure 5S, safety, and quality practices are followed in the work area.
Provide proper shift handover and communicate pending quality issues to the next shift.
Perform other quality-related responsibilities assigned by management.
