Job Description

We are looking for a QA/QC cum PPIC Executive to ensure product quality, manage production planning, and maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. The candidate should have experience in quality control, production planning, documentation, vendor coordination, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and test raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and outsourced products as per quality standards.

• Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, test results, and ISO 9001 documentation.

• Ensure all incoming and outgoing materials meet quality specifications before dispatch.

• Prepare and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials), costing sheets, product data sheets, and MSDS documentation.

• Support new product development by preparing samples, conducting testing, and validating quality parameters.

• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to reduce rejection, wastage, and manufacturing costs.

• Implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) for customer complaints and quality issues.

• Coordinate with Production, Sales, Stores, Dispatch, and Purchase teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

• Assist machine operators and technicians during machine operations and maintenance.

• Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with ISO, EHS, and quality management systems.

• Develop and improve quality control procedures, process standards, and inspection systems.

• Handle customer quality complaints, technical queries, and vendor quality issues by providing effective solutions.

• Evaluate manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.

• Develop alternative raw material sources and monitor vendor quality performance.

• Train production staff on quality standards, machine operations, and waste reduction techniques.

• Maintain production schedules and allocate work to machine operators.

• Coordinate procurement of raw materials and ensure production targets are achieved on time.

• Monitor daily production, machine performance, fuel, electricity consumption, and maintenance activities.

• Prepare daily production reports and share planning updates with management.

• Coordinate with logistics, dispatch, customer support, and other departments for production-related activities.

• Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, and environmental regulations.

Preferred Candidate

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage production efficiently.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.

• Experience in handling customer complaints and implementing quality improvement initiatives.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
