Quality Control Executive

Wellversed is looking for a Quality Control Executive with 0.5 – 3 years of experience to ensure product quality standards are maintained during the manufacturing and packaging process. The role involves inspecting products, monitoring production activities, and ensuring compliance with company quality guidelines. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-growing and quality-driven manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment:
   Ensure machines are functioning properly and production processes are running smoothly.

2. Inspect products for quality standards:
   Check products during and after production to ensure they meet company quality guidelines.

3. Assemble and pack products as per company standards:
   Ensure products are assembled and packaged correctly before dispatch.

4. Maintain quality records and documentation:
   Keep proper records of inspections, reports, and quality checks.

5. Perform preventive checks on tools and equipment:
   Identify potential issues early to avoid production delays or downtime.

6. Ensure safety and quality compliance:
   Follow company safety policies and maintain high-quality standards on the production floor.

7. Support improvement initiatives and trials:
   Collaborate with teams for quality improvements and support new product or mold trials when required.
   

Requirements:

1. 0.5 – 3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality control
   Minimum Qualification: Graduate

2. Ability to identify defects and ensure products meet quality standards. 

3. Basic understanding of production and quality processes

4. Physically fit and comfortable working on the production floor

5. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Responsibilities (मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ)

1. मैन्युफैक्चरिंग मशीनों को ऑपरेट और मॉनिटर करना:
   यह सुनिश्चित करना कि मशीनें सही तरीके से काम कर रही हैं और प्रोडक्शन प्रक्रिया सुचारू रूप से चल रही है।

2. उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता की जांच करना:
   प्रोडक्शन के दौरान और उसके बाद उत्पादों की जांच करना ताकि वे कंपनी के गुणवत्ता मानकों को पूरा करें।

3. कंपनी के मानकों के अनुसार उत्पादों को असेंबल और पैक करना:
   यह सुनिश्चित करना कि उत्पाद सही तरीके से असेंबल और पैकेज किए गए हों, ताकि उन्हें डिस्पैच किया जा सके।

4. क्वालिटी रिकॉर्ड्स और डॉक्यूमेंटेशन बनाए रखना:
   इंस्पेक्शन, रिपोर्ट्स और क्वालिटी चेक से संबंधित सभी रिकॉर्ड्स को व्यवस्थित रूप से बनाए रखना।

5. टूल्स और उपकरणों की प्रिवेंटिव जांच करना:
   संभावित समस्याओं की पहले से पहचान करना ताकि प्रोडक्शन में देरी या मशीन डाउनटाइम से बचा जा सके।

6. सुरक्षा और गुणवत्ता मानकों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना:
   प्रोडक्शन फ्लोर पर कंपनी की सुरक्षा नीतियों और गुणवत्ता मानकों का पालन करना।

7. सुधार से जुड़ी पहल और ट्रायल्स में सहयोग करना:
   टीम के साथ मिलकर गुणवत्ता सुधार के लिए कार्य करना और नए प्रोडक्ट या मोल्ड ट्रायल्स में सहयोग करना।
   

Requirements (योग्यता और आवश्यकताएँ)

1. मैन्युफैक्चरिंग या क्वालिटी कंट्रोल में 0.5 – 3 वर्ष का अनुभव

2. न्यूनतम योग्यता: ग्रेजुएट

3. दोषों की पहचान करने और उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने की क्षमता

4. प्रोडक्शन और क्वालिटी प्रक्रियाओं की बेसिक समझ

5. प्रोडक्शन फ्लोर पर काम करने के लिए शारीरिक रूप से सक्षम होना

6. निर्देशों का पालन करने और टीम के साथ मिलकर काम करने की क्षमता
