We are looking for a QC Executive to ensure that products manufactured meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products.
Perform in-process and final quality inspection.
Identify defects, rejection, and deviations during production.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
Coordinate with the Production team to resolve quality issues.
Conduct root-cause analysis and support corrective actions.
Ensure products comply with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor rejection and rework and help reduce quality-related issues.
Maintain proper QC documentation and inspection records.
