Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain quality across production processes.

• Conduct inspections and testing of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

• Prepare validation and technical documentation accurately.

• Ensure workflows, processes, and products comply with safety and quality regulations.

• Verify correctness and completeness of all validation documents.

• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions, solutions, and process improvements.

• Coordinate with internal teams to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain records related to inspections, validations, and quality processes.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing and documentation activities.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong written English communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and industrial tools.

• Understanding of quality standards, measuring instruments, and inspection processes.

• Ability to prepare and understand technical documentation.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• High observation and analytical abilities.

• Flexible, trustworthy, and team-oriented approach.
