We're looking a Senior QC Engineer for a reputed Fashion Metal Accessories company as details below:

Mini experience -5-7yrs & Salary package -40- 60kpm,

- Role: Drive quality, lead teams, implement Quality Circles (zinc/brass buckles, trims).

- Key Tasks:

- Inspect metal parts, set SOPs, fix defects (porosity, plating).

- Lead QC Circles in Die-Casting, Polishing, Plating, EPL, Assembly.

- Improve processes, train teams, handle audits.

- Skills Needed:

- Metal finishing (plating, EPL).

- Quality tools (5 Why, FMEA, SPC).

- Leadership, problem-solving.
