We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Engineer to ensure that our products, materials, and manufacturing processes meet the highest industry standards. You will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, monitoring production phases, and performing rigorous testing to identify defects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance methodologies and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Inspection & Testing: Conduct thorough quality checks on incoming raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they strictly adhere to design specifications and safety standards.
Process Monitoring: Supervise production workflows and manufacturing processes to identify and resolve potential quality issues in real-time.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and report any product defects or anomalies to the production and engineering teams.
Compliance & Audits: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, local regulations, and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Assist in internal and external quality audits.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of all quality tests, inspection reports, and audit results.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate product failures or customer complaints to determine root causes and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production and design teams to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and improve overall product quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
