Quality Control Engineer

Job Requirement:

1. Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering

2. Must have knowledge of Measuring instrument like Vernier Calipers, Micrometer, Height Gauge

3. Production Planning & Inventory Management Skill require

   • Conduct inspections of raw materials, components, and finished tube fittings to ensure they meet specified quality standards and engineering drawings.

   • Verify traceability and compliance of materials with test certificates and relevant standards.

   • Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with production and suppliers.

   • Prepare and maintain quality documentation such as inspection reports, quality control plans (QCP), and inspection and test plans (ITPs)
