Quality Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control plans specific to polymer production processes.

• Conduct physical, chemical, and mechanical testing of polymers (e.g., tensile strength, melt flow index, thermal properties).

• Analyze test data and generate detailed reports to support continuous product improvement.

• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to optimize polymer formulations and processes.

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (ASTM, ISO, FDA, etc.) and regulatory requirements.

• Manage non-conformance incidents and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Maintain calibration and proper functioning of testing instruments and equipment.

• Train production and QA staff on quality procedures and polymer handling best practices.

• Participate in supplier quality management and raw material inspections.

• Support customer complaint investigations related to polymer product quality.
