We are looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Diamond Tools & Gauges. We are manufacturers of high-quality plug gauges, snap gauges, ring gauges, width gauges, receiving gauges, and fixtures. In order to achieve maximum precision and quality, the quality engineer candidate should have prior experience and knowledge of inspection tools such as a vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, slip gauge, height master, bevel protector, etc., to check the gauges manufactured. The candidate should have knowledge to understand and read engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and generate an inspection report of the gauges manufactured.
Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
Assemble, pack, and inspect products as per company guidelines
Maintain records and manage tool room inventory
Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime
Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a Diploma and 3 - 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow instructions are very important for this role. Candidate having prior experience in a tool room or a calibration lab will be highly preferred.
