Inspect gold, silver, and jewellery items for quality, finishing, and workmanship.
Verify product weight, dimensions, design, and specifications as per approved samples.
Check polishing, soldering, stone setting, enamel work, and overall finishing.
Identify defects such as scratches, dents, cracks, loose stones, colour variations, or manufacturing errors.
Ensure products match customer requirements and company quality standards.
Record inspection results and maintain accurate QC reports.
Coordinate with the production team to rectify defects and improve product quality.
Approve only defect-free products for packing and dispatch.
