Job Summary

Company is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Assistant to support day-to-day store operations by ensuring efficient receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of materials. The role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify them against Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Challans (DC), and invoices.

• Inspect incoming materials for quantity and quality before acceptance.

• Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, and stock balances.

• Issue materials to production and other departments against authorised requisitions.

• Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.

• Update inventory records in ERP/SAP or other inventory management systems.

• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.

• Assist in preparing Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, Gate Passes, and other store documentation.

• Coordinate with the Procurement, Production, and Quality teams for smooth material movement.

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damaged materials, or excess stock to the Store In-Charge.

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards within the store.

• Follow company policies, inventory control procedures, and statutory compliance requirements.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
