Evaluate calls based on predefined quality parameters
(Greeting, Probing, Communication, Resolution, Compliance, Closing)
Maintain audit scorecards and quality documentation
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents
Conduct calibration sessions with Team Leaders
Identify training needs and performance gaps
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports
Ensure adherence to company policies and process guidelines
