Job Description

Job Title: Sampling QA & Checking (Fits/PP)

Location: Noida

Salary:- 25k-32k

Experience: 5-7 Years (Garment/Export House)

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct quality checks on development samples, fit samples, and PP (Pre-Production) samples.

Verify garment measurements according to the size chart and buyer specifications.

Inspect stitching, construction, workmanship, fabric quality, and trims.

Ensure fit comments are implemented correctly before sample submission.

Coordinate with the Sampling, Merchandising, and Production teams to resolve quality issues.

Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain documentation.

Approve samples for bulk production after meeting quality standards.

Identify defects and recommend corrective actions to avoid production issues.

Ensure all samples comply with buyer requirements and company quality standards.

Requirements:

Graduate or Diploma in Garment/Fashion Technology or a related field.

5-7years of experience in Sampling QA, Fit Checking, or PP Sample Inspection.

Good knowledge of garment construction, measurements, fabrics, and quality standards.

Ability to interpret tech packs and measurement charts.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Industry: Garment Export House / Apparel Manufacturing.
