Job Summary

Samirika Exports is looking for an experienced Production Head to lead and manage manufacturing operations. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, improving plant efficiency, maintaining quality standards, leading production teams, and ensuring timely delivery of export-quality stainless steel and hardware products.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage daily production schedules.
Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
Improve productivity through Lean Manufacturing and process optimization.
Reduce material wastage, scrap, and product rejection.
Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Manage inventory, raw materials, and production resources.
Coordinate preventive maintenance of machines and equipment.
Lead engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
Ensure workplace safety and operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

Required Qualifications

B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
10–15 years of leadership experience in a metal manufacturing environment.
Experience in Stainless Steel, Cabinet Hardware, or similar manufacturing industries.
Knowledge of CNC machines, press shop operations, polishing, finishing, and metal fabrication.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in stainless steel or hardware manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of production planning and process improvement.
- Expertise in quality management and export manufacturing standards.
- Ability to manage large production teams and optimize plant performance.
