Quality Assurance Executive

Develop products as per customer feedback and understanding customer demands and expectations of products

Lead technology transfer and scale-up activities to facilitate the successful transfer of formulations from R&D to manufacturing, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability of production processes

. Provide project progress reports and status updates to Reporting Manager.

Ensure all processes and activities comply with company policies and applicable external regulations/laws.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to ensure seamless integration of R&D activities with other departments and functions.

Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning within the R&D department.

Ensure the successful execution of R&D projects to meet client requirements and industry standards.
