Quality Assurance Executive

FOOD TECHNOLOGIST:

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize food product formulations and recipes

• Conduct lab-scale and pilot-scale trials for new products

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000)

• Perform sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies

• Collaborate with packaging, procurement, and marketing teams

• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality

• Maintain documentation for product specifications and process improvements

• Research emerging food trends, ingredients, and technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in food product development or quality assurance

• Strong understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and processing techniques

• Familiarity with regulatory standards and certifications (HACCP, FSSAI, ISO)

• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
