Quality Assurance Executive

1) Inspecting raw material, production process & final production output to evaluate quality. Move through out the manufacturing area & inspect product at the machine level to ensure the quality and identify defects if any their & then.
2) Ensure that production supervisiors follows the set process and adhere to product quality standard formats/parameters and motivate/ train them to follow procedures.
3) Maintain/ Update / Revise quality control Process/formats with Management consent.
4) Repair & Maintenence of quality testing equipments
5) Raise quality complaint and reject the material if not QC Ok
6) Report of negative test result to senior Management.
7) Provide feedback/Interpretation & Root Cause Analysis to Senior management
