CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for a CNC / VMC/ HMC Machine Operator to join our team KAY International . The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17000 - ₹30000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

-hands-on experience in operating VMC / HMC / CNC turning machines.

-Ability to read technical drawings, tool layouts, and GD&T symbols.

-Familiar with various measuring instruments: Vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge.

-Knowledge of different materials (steel, aluminum, cast iron, etc.) and cutting parameters.

-Basic understanding of G-code / M-code and CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.) is a plus.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma in Mechanical & ITI Mechanical Trades and 0.5 - 6 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
