Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team at Origin Fresh to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems to the relevant team.

• Guide the internal team through step-by-step solutions for web and mobile applications.

• Maintain accurate logs of issues and resolutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Tech, Ops, Product) to ensure timely issue resolution.

• Provide feedback on recurring issues to improve product performance and user experience.
  

Job Requirements:

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in technical/customer support.

• Basic understanding of web/mobile applications and troubleshooting steps.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-first mindset.

• Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday). Weekly off will be on a weekday.

• Languages required - Tamil, Kannada and English
