Quality Analyst

We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our team at Expo Thermocontrols Private Limited. The person will check and test geyser thermostats and other electrical parts to ensure quality. He will make sure only correct and working material goes into production and dispatch. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹18,000. Job Timing - 9AM to 9PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Thermostat Testing
  Test geyser thermostats for proper functioning (cut-off temperature, heating performance, safety).

• Product Quality Check
  Inspect thermostats and related parts for defects, damage, or mismatch.

• Follow Testing Process
  Perform testing as per company standards and instructions.

• Record Results
  Maintain simple records of tested, approved, and rejected materials.

• Reject Faulty Items
  Identify defective products and keep them separate. Inform seniors if issues are found.

• Support Quality Work
  Help in other quality checks (IQC, in-process checks, final inspection if needed).

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of electrical parts (especially thermostats)

• Ability to use multimeter and testing tools

• Can follow instructions properly

• Careful and detail-oriented

• Basic writing for maintaining records

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
