Position Overview
We are hiring a Junior Quality Analyst (QA) to support our outbound sales team dealing in Packaging & Printing Machinery. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who is eager to learn, has good listening and communication skills, and is willing to be trained in quality analysis and sales monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Listen to outbound sales calls and learn how to evaluate them based on set parameters.
Assist in identifying common mistakes made by sales agents (miscommunication, false commitments, missing information, etc.).
Support in preparing simple reports on call quality and agent performance.
Participate in training sessions to understand sales communication techniques, product details, and compliance guidelines.
Work closely with Team Leaders and Assistant Managers to learn how feedback is given to agents.
Gradually take ownership of evaluating calls and sharing improvement points with the team.
Skills & Competencies (Basic, Trainable)
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Basic communication skills (English & Hindi required, regional language is a plus).
Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets for simple reporting (training will be provided).
Eagerness to learn about sales processes, outbound calling, and packaging & printing machinery.
Positive attitude and willingness to grow into a full-fledged Quality Analyst role.
Qualifications
Minimum: Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
Freshers can apply – training will be provided.
Prior experience in tele sales, BPO, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
Growth Path
Initial Training → Understanding calls, product knowledge, and quality parameters.
Probation Period → Basic call monitoring and simple reporting.
Full QA Role → Independent evaluations, feedback delivery, and supporting sales performance improvement
