Qualification: B. Sc/B Pharma/M Pharma
Experience: 10-12 Years
Location: Bhiwadi ( Rajasthan)

Job Description

1. Leadership & Management

Supervise, guide, and develop the QC & Microbiology teams.

Ensure smooth functioning of the lab with adherence to schedules and targets.

Conduct training and ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.

2. Laboratory Operations

Ensure timely analysis and release of raw materials, in-process, finished products, stability, and validation sample
Ensure calibration and qualification of laboratory instruments and equipment.

3. Method Development & Validation

Oversee method development, transfer, and validation of analytical and microbiological methods.


4. Inventory & Budgeting

Manage lab inventory including reagents, chemicals, and consumables.

Prepare departmental budgets and ensure cost control.


Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Expertise in Analytical testing & Microbiology testing both.

Expertise in regulatory requirements and documentation.

Hands-on knowledge of instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, IR, etc.

Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
