Lift/Elevator Technician

Position: Maintenance Manager
Company: Escon Elevators Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Delhi (Pan India Maintenance Operations)
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA (based on experience)
Experience Required: 10–12 years (preferably in the Lift/Elevator Industry)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred

Key Skills

Technical:

• Strong knowledge of lift and escalator maintenance, AMC operations, breakdown and preventive maintenance, safety compliance, repairs and TIS execution

• Expertise in manpower management, site audits, SLA monitoring, and government project coordination

Non-Technical:

• Excellent leadership, communication, customer handling and negotiation skills

• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage overall maintenance operations including AMC, PM, repairs, customer care, call-outs, and material logistics

• Drive AMC revenue growth, timely renewals, lost lift recovery, and efficient TIS execution

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service and safety compliance

• Lead a team of technicians, supervisors, and repair staff to achieve performance KPIs

• Manage training, resource planning, and client relationship building

• Handle government tenders, invoicing, and penalty avoidance activities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• 100% Preventive Maintenance compliance

• Less than 3 breakdown calls per lift per year

• Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 4.5 or higher

• Timely AMC and TIS collection and renewals

• Team retention and development

• Efficient manpower utilization and revenue achievement
