Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to join IOTAFLOW Systems Private Limited. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in domestic and international procurement, vendor management, import-export operations, and strategic sourcing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining smooth coordination with global suppliers and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage domestic and international procurement activities for engineering and industrial products.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable domestic and overseas suppliers.
Handle the complete Import & Export documentation process, including Purchase Orders, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and Customs documentation.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of imported materials.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts with domestic and international vendors.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability for production and project requirements.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and conduct periodic supplier performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and international trade regulations.
Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and MIS for management review.
Collaborate closely with Production, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to support business objectives.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA (Operations/Supply Chain) will be an added advantage.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase, preferably in Automation, Instrumentation, Industrial Equipment, Electrical Products, Pumps, Valves, or Engineering Manufacturing.
Hands-on experience in International Procurement, Import & Export Operations, and global vendor management.
Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, LC, International Shipping, Customs Clearance, and International Trade Documentation.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities with international suppliers.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, or similar).
