Production Technician

Technician - Production Perform startup, shutdown and parameter setting of injection moulding machines Set and adjust machine settings as per approved process sheet Carry out mould changeover with proper safety and accuracy Monitor product quality and take corrective actions if defects are found (E.g., Short fill, Flash, Burn mark) Continuously monitor cycle time, part quality, machine condition and communicate abnormal conditions to Maintance /engineering team Support internal/external audits and implement corrective actions Support weekly & Monthly efficiency loss & rej analysis We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.
