Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage the production and assembly of dental chairs.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the complete production and assembly process of dental chairs.
Manage and guide the production team for smooth daily operations.
Monitor production targets and ensure timely completion.
Check product quality and maintain required quality standards.
Handle customer-related production requirements and coordinate accordingly.
Manage material flow and ensure timely availability of required components.
Coordinate with different teams to avoid production delays.
Maintain discipline, safety, and proper workflow on the shop floor.
Identify production issues and take necessary corrective actions.
Candidate Profile
6+ years of experience in Production Supervision, preferably with Army/Armed Forces experience or a reputed manufacturing company background.
