Production Operator

Designation: Production operator.
Education: SSLC, PUC, Diploma or ITI (English & Kannada).
Experience: 1-2 Year’s in Herbal (Extraction Area) Manufacturing unit / Pharma (Operations of Equipment’s) Manufacturing Unit - •••Mandatory•••.
Salary: 21,000/- to 25,000/- Net Take Home Salary.
Working hours: 12 Hours.
Kannada Speaking Language is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Equipment Operations:

• Load plant materials and add solvents into extraction tanks following set ratios.

• Operate machinery like extractors, evaporators, centrifuges, grinders, and solvent recovery units.

• Monitor process parameters including temperature, pressure, vacuum levels, and flow rates.

Quality and Safety Compliance:

• Inspect raw materials to ensure they meet quality guidelines.

• Handle flammable and chemical solvents safely using proper personal protective equipment.

• Follow standard operating procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Record Keeping and Maintenance:

• Maintain clean equipment and keep the work area hygienic.

• Record batch data, yields, and daily shift logs in logbooks.

• Report equipment malfunctions or unusual leaks to the plant supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: High school diploma, ITI, or a diploma in a technical or mechanical field.

• It is a Full Time Manufacturing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
