Role: Production Manager

Oversee daily production, plan schedules, allocate resources, ensure safety and quality, coordinate across teams, train staff, control costs, maintain equipment, and resolve issues to ensure efficient and timely operations. Sheet Metals, CR, SS and Allumium, Plant Operations, Development drawing & Autocad, Solid works. 7+ Yrs of experience

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
• Develop production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with departments such as procurement, quality assurance, and logistics.
• Manage and train production staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Optimize cost control measures while maintaining product quality.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are well-maintained and operational.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to MD.
• Employee must maintain professionalism, integrity, and respect in the work place.
• They should follow company policies, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• The work schedule includes three days in the office and three days at the Plant.
