Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team at Stained Glass House, a leading brand in custom stained glass art, décor, and installations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production of stained glass projects.

Manage and guide a team of craftsmen and helpers.

Ensure quality control and timely delivery of orders.

Maintain raw material inventory and tools.

Coordinate with design & sales team for project requirements.

Ensure workshop safety and smooth operations.

Requirements:

2–5 years of production/operations management experience.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of stained glass techniques (preferred but not mandatory).
