- Bending
- Welding
- Grinding
- Painting

4. 📊 Job Card System Implement Karna

Har order ka job card mandatory
Usme hona chahiye:
- BOM
- Drawing No
- Process steps
- Time tracking

5. 📦 Material Coordination (Store ke saath)

BOM ke hisaab se material demand
Shortage na ho
Extra waste control

6. 🎯 Quality Control

Har stage pe checking
Final inspection before dispatch
Rework minimize karna

7. ⏱️ Delivery Commitment

Order time pe complete karna
Delay ho to reason report karna

8. 🛠️ Machine Utilization

Machine idle nahi rehni chahiye
Breakdown ho to immediately action

9. 📈 Daily Reporting

Daily report dena:
